Return Destination and Refund Policy

This policy describes the current rules used by our support team.

Return request period and method

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email support@furelio.shop with the order number, the reason for the return, and photos when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. A request is not approved until our support team confirms eligibility and sends return instructions.

Return condition

Eligible items must be unused, in the condition received, and returned with included parts and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return: Used or customer-damaged products, customized products, opened hygiene or sealed products, gift cards, and products marked Final Sale. This restriction does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Return shipping and fees

We pay return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

Return destination

Approved returns must be sent only to: 3828 Grant St, Corona, California, 92879, United States. Do not send an item before receiving approval or to another business or billing address.

Refund review

After an approved return is received and inspected, we notify the customer of the decision. An eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Store processing normally takes 10 days; the financial institution may require additional time to post it.

Cancellations and order issues

Contact us promptly if an order must be changed or cancelled. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins. Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items as soon as possible so we can review the order.
